Dignity at Work with Specsavers

Shortlisted for: Excellence in the Design of Learning Content – Commercial Sector (UK)

Specsavers invites colleagues to foster a culture of belonging — where everyone feels respected, included, and safe. Together, we created Dignity at Work, an engaging course designed to tackle bullying and harassment, and empower colleagues to speak up with clarity and compassion.

Safety Awareness World with Fujitsu

Shortlisted for: Best Use of Learning Technologies to Ensure Compliance with External Regulations or Internal Policies to Manage Organisational Risk

Fujitsu’s vision is to make safety both important and personal — shaping the decisions and behaviours that keep people safe every day. Together, we created Safety Awareness World — a virtual world where learners engage in realistic conversations and solve health & safety challenges in environments that mirror real operations. It’s a playful, immersive experience that goes beyond traditional eLearning.
