April 2009  Successful supplier to Buying Solutions

Following a rigorous evaluation and selection process, DESQ has been awarded successful supplier status on the Learning & Development and eLearning Solutions framework agreement to provide Learning & Development and e-solutions to the public sector. DESQ will play a key role in helping the public sector to buy learning and development services that offer value for money and comply with statutory and legislative requirements.

DESQ is listed on the Skills for Life (Lot1).

David Squire, Company Director, said: "This is a great win for us. It helps consolidate our position as a leading provider of high quality e-learning materials specifically for the Skills for Life agenda."

DESQ has over nine years experience of developing a range of Skills for Life (Literacy and Numeracy) interactive resources for the leading providers of adult learning, including BBC (Skillswise), Ufi learndirect (Living Room, Maxtrax, and Getting a Job), National Learning Network (LIFT and Skills for Life), LSC (Steel City), and the Basic Skills Agency (Raising Expectations, Starter Pack, Paul’s Story and Phonics for Families).
